St. George’s School walks families through its whole campus before they visit.
St. George’s School
Our team first captured St. George’s School in 360° in 2020, then came back for Harker Hall in 2021 and the new senior campus in 2025. In 2026 our team rebuilt the tours on a custom interface, and a new landing page now brings four of them together.

What they needed
St. George’s School teaches grades 1 to 7 at its junior school and grades 8 to 12 at its senior school in Vancouver. Boarders live in Harker Hall. The school recruits families across the city and around the world, and its admissions staff travel abroad to meet them at recruitment events. St. George’s wanted families who can’t easily visit to see the whole campus, whether they first meet the school overseas or find it online. The tours also had to go with admissions staff to those events.
What we did
We captured the campus in 360° one area at a time and built a separate tour for each part of the school. A strip of thumbnails indexes every area, and arrows step forward and back through them. The tours also run offline on phones and tablets. Students narrate an audio-guided version of the junior school and Harker Hall tours, which plays on its own like a video while visitors keep looking around in 360°.
Our team added the new senior campus to the tours in 2025 and captured its buildings and playing field from the air. In 2026 we rebuilt the tours on a custom interface, and a new landing page offers four of them: Junior School, Senior School, Harker Hall and Vancouver Highlights.
“It was a pleasure to work with Ben to create a virtual tour for our campus. He worked with us to capture what we needed and tailored our request. The quality of the tour, and Ben’s understanding of the feel of the tour needed is exceptional.”
What changed
The tours sit on the school’s admissions page and on its main website. At recruitment events, admissions staff open them on a phone or a tablet and take families around the whole campus, and the offline version runs without the venue’s connection. Each update landed before the admissions season began, so staff had the tours loaded and ready to present. St. George’s has hired our team for six projects since 2020, and two of them came in 2026.
